“The futon is quite lovely! I was nervous about buying it because it’s quite pricey to take such a risk in hoping the futon would be good enough to sleep on. I have a sensitive back and generally struggle to sleep on most beds, but it worked out well for me! I really love sleeping on it, although I did put it more as a mattress topper along with a memory foam topper at the moment since I don’t have the space or time to get rid of my old mattress. However, it’s been a literal answer to prayer in that I sleep throughout the night without tossing and turning and it’s been literal years since I last feel I’ve slept well. A true miracle. I do wonder how hard it will be to put it in the sun since the current location of it makes it hard to do so, and if it will last in the long term, but in the short term I could’ve asked for nothing better.”

“I wanted my shikibuton bedding set to be “all natural” and FutonTokyo offered 100% cotton products at an affordable price compared with other futon companies. I ordered an Okinawan Rush Grass mattress pad (Zawawa) to use as a tatami mattress instead because it contains no polyester or synthetic materials. The Wazarashi kakebuton and shikibuton are plush and soft, and the unbleached cotton sheets are beautiful. On top of all that, it all folds up nicely and allows me to have more floorspace in my bedroom.
The delivery was faster than I’d expected and everything came together so I was able to sleep on it the very same night. A wonderful and warm night’s sleep. I very highly recommend it.”

The futons are made to order and so it takes a bit of time, but the seller makes you aware of this and I didn’t have any problems with the wait having been made aware. the futon quality is lovely, incredibly thick and as explained on the insert that accompanies your futon, as you sleep on it it condenses to a thinner, more mattress-like thickness. lovely pattern, no complaints at all! v glad I went with this seller. 🙂

“This is a wonderful fluffy and thick Kotatsu blanket. It’s keeping the heat good at the place and has a good touch. I really love it and would buy another. With the blanket comes a good cleaning instruction in english and a cute paper crane. You can totally feel the good craftmanship and quality when using this blanket. For the table I used an Ikea table and a normal heater under it. It’s working well together with the sizes and I’m more than happy. The customer service is top note too! The sakura pattern is very pretty and the colors are nice.
