Chusen Fabric
Chusen dyeing “Pouring dye” technique is unique to Japan. Since the dye is poured from the top to the bottom of the fabric and the thread itself is dyed, it is different from uneven dyeing and tie-dyeing in that it can express gradation by “blurring,” which is unique to chusen.
