A confirmation email titled “Thank you for your order” will be sent to you. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder and put support@futontokyo.com in your safe list. 

 

Within 1 or 2 business days (please see the calendar on the site for our business days)

We will confirm your order and send you an email titled “Your Futon Tokyo order has been received!”. This means that we have started making your futon and preparing the other items.
Or you may receive emails from us regarding your order (for example, out of stock, size confirmation, etc.) before or after it.

 

Producing and Preparing Time
2 to 4 weeks – Futons, zabutons, covers – Hand made or made to order items
If it is ready-made and in our warehouse, it will be shipped immediately. Even if the product is noted “In stock,” some items may take up to two weeks to get them from the producer.

Your futon is ready. We will ship it and send you an email titled “Your Futon Tokyo order is now complete”. There is a tracking number(s) on it.

Before you receive
If you need to pay customs duty, you will be contacted by the postal service or the courier of your country. How much the duty is depends on the conditions of your country, so please contact the customs office.
