This is the packing sample of our futon mattress (double size).
When you collect your futon at the counter in the airport, it’s packed like this.
We push and exhaust air to pack it smaller, but we don’t use plastic bands for compression because it causes deformation of the futon. A plastic bag and a heavy weight craft bag is used for packing.

The measurement of the item – Finished size 82″ x 55″ x 4″ (200x 130 x 10 cm)
When it’s packed – approx. 23.6″ x 23.6″ x 19.6″ (60 x 60 x 50 cm)
The weight including the packing materials – approx. 19.8 lbs (8.9 kg)
Single size futon mattress will be a few inches smaller than this.


Sample – Unit Tatami Mats – Tenryu – Brown Rim Lightweight Type
Two rectangle mats and one square mat are packed together.
Two rectangular tatami mats are folded in half and packed. Otherwise, freight charges will be very high.
