When the futon is complete, blow off any unwanted cotton from the production process. Then, first place it in a sturdy plastic bag. This is to prevent moisture during shipping. Then it is further placed in a very thick, waterproof craft bag. Label them and wait for the post office to pick them up.
With EMS, we have had very little damage during shipping (maybe once in 600 cases?). Thank you very much, postmen all over the world, for delivering our futons safely.
