“More Yoko Rakune” features an independent left-and-right structure with higher side gussets, helping reduce pressure on the shoulders for more comfortable side sleeping.
Both sides are slightly raised to support a natural side-sleeping posture and make it easier to turn over during the night.
The round quilted sections on each side help stabilize the head while sleeping on your side and reduce pressure on the ears.
Its central concave shape also provides proper support for sleeping on your back.

You can fine-tune the height of each section by adding or removing the pipe filling through the three adjustment openings located at the center and on both sides.
A refill pack is included for easy adjustment.

How to Adjust the Height
1.
Open the zipper on the back of the pillow and take out the fabric adjustment pocket.
2.
If you would like to lower the pillow, remove the filling little by little from the adjustment opening of the section you want to adjust.
If you would like to raise it, add filling from the included refill pack little by little through the adjustment opening of the section you want to adjust.
3.
After adjusting, roll the fabric adjustment pocket and tuck it back inside, then close the zipper securely.
4.
Use your hands to spread the filling evenly, then try the pillow on your usual sleeping surface to check the feel.
Breathable and Resilient Filling
The filling uses polyethylene pipe, a material known for its excellent breathability and resilience.
A refill pack is included so you can make small adjustments to the height as needed.

Amazingly comfortable, feels like a cloud! Bought this for my husband who suffers from achy neck but found that it stopped his snoring completely on the first night he used it. Will purchase another for myself.
