It’s an oshi-ire (wardrobe) door which consists of a wooden frame covered with paper or fabric. The general size of fusuma is about 90 × 185 cm. There are two types: an opening door and a sliding door. Fusuma is used not only as the door of the oshi-ire but also as a partition.
