This is a miniature of an old wooden box used by tea merchants in Japan for trading.
Retro motifs such as exotic Chinese characters and unique prints are redesigned in a modern style.
The surface of the dishcloth is made of cotton, which dries easily. The rayon used for the reverse side is a recycled fiber made from wood pulp, which has excellent absorbency and moisture release properties.
This versatile cloth is recommended not only for home use but also as a gift.
