Kapok fiber is a natural cotton-silk like fiber naturally harvested from the tropical Kapok tree.

Item matched description - nice, very firm, ergonomic pillow with ability to remove stuffing to change height. I wish it didn’t require a signature on receipt; I have purchased significantly more expensive items without required signature.
