There is a seam line in the center of the double size pad.
It’s a mattress pad made from soft rush produced in Kyushu. Each stalk is wide with a thick skin and fine-textured fibers, so it is flexible and durable. Benefits of soft rush include: 1. It is approximately three times more absorbent than cotton and reduces dampness caused by sweat. 2. It has the effect of controlling humidity, doesn’t become damp easily and facilitates comfortable sleep. 3. It controls over 90% of the chemical substances which cause sweat, reducing odors. In addition, it employs non-dyed soft reed, so it is soft and smooth, and fits against your body. The soft rush is treated with hinoki leaf from Aomori (which has anti-bacterial and deodorizing properties).

*The color of the edges may look different from the color of the center, but this is not mean that the product is defective. The difference in color is not caused by color fading or exposure to sunlight. It is due to the natural characteristics of rush grass.

Appearance:nice Performance:good Quality:good It looks more classy due to the weave type. But the smell is not as strong as the other brand of rush grass Mat I bought from another seller. I like strong smell. It is a smooth, comfortable piece nonetheless.
