Samue are designed with shorter sleeves.
This samue is suitable for walks, housework, and many other occasions besides sleeping.
It’s also good for light exercise. You can feel the seasons with this breathable cotton fabric.
With its elegant collar, it can be used as an outfit for going out.
The hem of the jacket
The waist of these pants has a soft wide elastic. They are comfortable and do not constrict the body.
There is a hole at the bottom of the pants where you can thread an elastic cord.

What is samue?
Samue is a traditional Japanese garment a bit similar to a kimono or yukata. Originally, it was worn by temple monks when they performed labor such as cleaning, chopping wood, and working in the fields.
Because it is easy to wear and does not constrict the body, it is now wore by many people as a type of room wear or working wear, not as a unique garment for monks.

How to care
To make them last longer, we recommend turning them inside out and washing them in a net..
Do not tumble dry or bleach with chlorine bleach.
After washing, keep in good shape and hang to dry in the shade.

Perfect sizing, lovely samue, perfect fit!
I ordered this a couple of months ago and wanted to wear it for a while before reviewing so I could give a more accurate impression. Overall, I cannot recommend this item enough. Materials & Quality: The cotton this samue is made of is extremely soft and light, the fabric is cut well, and all of the stitching very neat. The entire garment is double layered and quite opaque. Wear: The fabric is very breathable and good at regulating temperature. I was perfectly comfortable wearing this outside on a sunny 30 degree day and inside on my meditation cushion. 1st wash: I hand washed my samue with hot water and gentle detergent. While there was some dye release during the process, it did not affect the overall colour of the garment. After hanging/laying flat to dry, the fabric is just as soft as when I first put on. Fantastic item!
Great colour (exactly as it appears in the pictures) and very comfortable. Nice soft material, loose fitting and breathable. Sizing was spot on.
