2.Shipping Restriction and Delay
Here is the list of the International mail service availability chart (Updated on October 8).
Air shipping to the USA, Australia and some other area is still suspended (October 8).
Shipping availability to the countries where air shipping is suspended
*LARGE items (shiki futon, kake futon, any kinds of futon and tatami mats) – the total length of L W D of the package is over 200 cm
We cannot ship these large items because Japan Post is currently not accepting the air mail parcels to there.
*MEDIUM items (zabuton) – the total length of L W D of the package is less than 200 cm
They can be shipped by sea freight on customers’ demands. It takes a couple on months to deliver. It has the tracking number. Please feel free to contact us before/after ordering.
*SMALL items which packed size is under 60 cm (total of L W H) (futon covers)
We will ship the futon covers by Yamato (UPS) instead. Yamato offers reasonable price for the items which packed size is under 60 cm.
You can ask us other shipping method such as FedEx or DHL by paying additional shipping fee. Although futon items are so bulky that the volume weight will be applied. The shipping fee will be much more expensive than the price of the item.

3.After Ordering – Please Check Your Shipping Status
Please check your order’s shipping status using the tracking number that we sent via email.
If your search result shows no updates after “Posting/Collection”. It means that Japan Post collected your order at our place on the day and since then your order has been waiting to be loaded in Japan. Next update will be “Arrival of outward office of exchange” and “Dispatch from outward office of exchange”. Please kindly wait for the next update.
It is difficult for us to estimate the delivery time even though we are using the fastest method to deliver.
We would very much appreciate your patience and cooperation.

4.Cancellations because of delay
We basically do not accept cancellations because of delay after we ship out your order. But since the delay is more significant than we have expected, please feel free to contact us if there is anything we can help you.
