It’s a Japanese-style closet having doors called fusuma and covered with Japanese paper. Storing space is divided into the upper shelf and lower shelf. Futons are usually stored in the upper shelf in order to take futons in and out easily. When fusuma is closed, the inside of the closet can’t be seen and you can put unnecessary things away in it quickly, which leads to conserving the space of your room.
